Shallots are popular with gourmets so much being known as queen of the food ingredients, it is used fresh in cooking, finely sliced or deep-fried shallots are used as a condiment in Asian cuisine, often served with porridge. As a variety of onion, shallots taste somewhat like a common onion, but have a milder flavor. Like onions and garlic, when sliced, raw shallots release substances that irritate the eye, resulting in production of tears. VIAS Shallot Purees offers so much convenient and no more tears for this commonly used ingredient in any cooking and dishes throughout the world.
Direction : Mix 1 or 2 tbs of Shallot Puree into your stirfry, soup, grilled or fried chicken, meat, seafood, rice , noodle or pasta.
